Another CrossFit classic WOD - another one of the "Girls".

"Helen"

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Scaling Options:

  • Walk if you must
  • 1 1/2 "pood" = approximately 53#. Feel free to scale this to a weight that is very challenging, yet manageable.
  • Do assisted pull ups if needed.
